When there are URLs in a spreadsheet, will they keep the link. So, can I click on it to go to the website if the link starts with http:// or https:// after being imported in an Joomla article? If yes, I'll by the extension immediately.

This feature is impossible presently. Droptables supports to insert the URL with Hyperlink function in cells.
E.g: =HYPERLINK("https://joomunited.com", "Joomunited"
