Is there a way to have different folders with different permissions. Can I have A and B so that user group A can upload/delete into A, usergroup B can upload/delete into B, but both can download from both?

Hi,

On droppics, Joomla acl are general to all the galleries and defined by action for example you can define that a user group can manage only his own image. So yes you can do that.

I'm sorry I posted this in the wrong area. Do you know if the same is true of dropfiles or should I repost in that forum.

It's OK, yes it works in the same way for Dropfiles.
