image grid theme: is it customisable?

I have the following pre-sales quetions:

1.
For a real estate website I'm looking for an image grid on top of an article in the shape as the attached image:


Also: the grid should be limited to just 6 pictures, but the galley should contain more.
Can it be done with themes, or are gey not customisable?

2.
In your demo I noticed the lightbox images can not be scrolled with a fingerswipe. Is that a setting, or just not possible?
I'm thinking about mobile devices / user behaviour
