Droppics or Team chart make a grid layout with scroll effect and click function

Hello, I am not sure which Extension to purchase for my project. I have a group of people pics that are in 100x100 px in a grid of 12 col x 5 rows. If you click on any person it will take you to a Article or Menu (hidden) to show their Bio. if the people grow more than 60 the entire page can scroll or you can click on a left arrow or right to make it move.
