Hi.

I have already buy droppic (there a 9 month), but i never could use it because all the pictures for all members are in the same folder.
With joomla we hove more then 1 author (i have already speak to this in the idea forum) .

With Editor like Jce whe have possiblity to param 1 folder for 1 joomla user (with the name of the user).

Is it possible now in Droppics / Dropfiles ?

Droppic is so genial, that i wan't to use it, but with multiple author, it's realy not possible that pierre can see (and delete) the galery of john, ...
...especially if you give access to the editor in Front Office.

Hi,

You can set Droppics to have only gallery per user using Joomla ACL (permission in global configuration).
You can also set user actions: edit own galleries, delete galleries,...
So using user group you can set multiple user access to one gallery for example.

Hi.

I have always the problem.

I don't speek of some galleries (1-99) but of 5000 and more.
Some of my user could have 4 gallery in a week (sporting event).
So affter 1 year, i want to change the root directory of all galleries.

I need to change the root directory every year, and every of my member have it's owns directory in subdirectory of the root directory (using userid or uname in path name).
This like JCE can do (for exemple).

I'm developper, but i don't want to hack the code.
If you don't think that this idea is intersting for you, is it possible to have somes events for giving the rootpath of the gallery to use if possible (before prepare output and input form, etc...).
