Can Dropfiles generate reports or display statistics for either:

1. which users downloaded a file, or
2. what files a user downloaded

Also, can video files (MP4) be set so they can be viewed or played only, and not have an option to download?

I'm sorry, these feature are not implemented yet. We have Email notification when files are downloaded only.

Also, can video files (MP4) be set so they can be viewed or played only, and not have an option to download?

Yes, you can set users to preview files only.
