Hi,

You can enable the file import parameter in the Dropfile configuration.
You will be able to import larges files from any of your Joomla folder and select which one you want to import.

Best regards.

1/ You enable the fast import function in Dropfiles config
2/ You upload files in a predefined folder, not a dropfiles folder.
3/ Go to Dropfiles admin panel, you will have the list of all your joomla's files in the right panel. (see attachement)
4/ Go to the folder containing your files
5/ Select the files you want to import in the current category
6/ Clic on the button import, all the files are copied in the current category (and in the Dropfiles folder).
7/ You can manage the files in Dropfiles.

You will not directly upload files into a Dropfiles' category.
You can like this upload biggest files.

Hope this explanation will help you.

Best regards.

Hi,

In the options of the component set the "Show file import" option to Yes.

Best regards.
