Upload Dropfiles from another componente tinyMCE Editor

I have a site with helpdeskpro of joomdonation.com but I need to upload dropfiles in the content ticket of helpdeskpro.
Do you have an extension helpdesk, or If I buy the extension can it be configure so I can preview it on helpdesk

As I checked, it's not possible to view files of Dropfiles in helpdesk.
It could be the editor does not support to call content plugins.
It works with Dropfiles modules and custom module in this case.
