I can't access my suppor tickets and haven't heard back from anyone regarding my open tickets. I know there's an issue with the support system for over a week now.
Is there any timeframe when this is likley to be fixed or when support will be able to contact me?
I have been sending email to the support email address but I also don;t think these are getting through. I really need some help with a few issues, thanks.
I already said on my original ticket that I have tried clearing my cache and incognito tab. I also attached images.
Also, I mentioned that I know there's an issue with the support system for over a week now?
