notification all user in the joomla group for new file

Sorry, i have this question:
now i have docman but i will change with your product.
i have a category, the files in this category are download previus login from frontend for a joomla group of user (example: 250 user in this group)
when i add new file in this group from backend (or dropbox/googldrive/onedrive sync) can send automatically an email to 250 user that inform this to new file is present and in the email there are the title of file (not filename), category, and url

Hi,

Thanks for contacting us here about this extension.
Yes, you can notify file owner, file category owner, Joomla admin and add custom Email for notifications.
We now dont have feature to notify to group user you can add email users in group to custom Email field.
However, we've planned User file repository for future version so it could be easier to manage users/group user to access category/file and email notification will also be improved.
We have option to import files from Docman extension.
