Can multiple Google Drive accounts be linked to this plugin? ie. Can I have multiple clients associate there GDrive to this module so that the clients can create folders via the front end and upload files and folders to the joomla folder assigned to them?

Hi,

Nope I'm sorry Google Drive is only one account per website, you need to create a Google developer app witch is linked to your domain. Plus the Google credential are stored in Joomla backend only.
