Hello - I am looking for a simple component that will allow an authenticated Joomla front-end user to load a file or files to a single Dropbox, Google Drive or One Drive account. It would need to create a folder with that user's name (or other identifier) on the destination drive, and allow the user to re-upload / overwrite / delete the file/s that that they have uploaded, ideally at any time in the future. But, crucially, that user should NOT be able to access files belonging to any other Joomla user, even though they are all stored in separate folders alongside each other at the destination account. Does that make sense, and can your component be used to do this please?

many thanks, Matt

Hi,

Thanks for contacting us here about this extension.

Users can indeed manage their categories and files exclusively within Dropfiles.
However, it is important to note that only a single cloud account can be connected to your site at a time, such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive Personal & Business.
This means that users can upload, overwrite, and delete files within their own designated folders on the connected cloud account.

Cheers,
M

Hi,

Thank you for your inquiry.

Unfortunately, we don't offer a trial or limited version since our plugins are open-source.
However, should you face any compatibility issues, our development team is available to assist and resolve the problem.
If we're unable to address the concern, we'll be happy to process a refund.

Best regards,
