Front End Upload - separating file upload by user

Hi

I want to create a form to allow front end users to enter some details and then upload 12-15 pictures. I think Dropfiles could work well, but I would like to know if I have multiple form submissions on the same day, is there a way to link the images uploaded by each user - e.g. put them in separate folders, or tag them some way?
