Hi,

Is there a way to " embed " (insert) a YouTube video in an article with Dropeditor or do you need to toggle off the editor and insert embed HTML code manually? I'm asking this because in your demos, I can't see any " Insert media " button type.

Is there an easy way to achieve this (insert a YouTube video in article) without having to do HTML coding? I'm asking this because I would use this wonderful editor on a site where there is multiple bloggers (no HTML coders) and I need a user friendly solution.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Best regards,

Denis.

Hi Denis,

There's no media button for video in DropEditor. The only ways to make that work is to copy embed code or use the full Droppics witch include remote video support from Youtube, Dailymotion and Vimeo.

Hi,
do you planify to improve video management on drop editor ?
I have a droppics, dropfiles and droptables subscription too and adding a video in most case doesn't work (if template or component where we want to add pics or video and even files uses bootstrap for example).
Actually, your editor is the best editor i've seen for Joomla, excepted in the management of media (pics, files and video) who are too difficult when you just want to add a simple image.
Taking the marge, you have two options : X and Y, and if i want to manage only marge left ? No possibility excepted by switching to code and adding the code myself.
Cheers,
Olivier

Hi,

You got the latest Droppics version? You can add a remote video in one click, check attached.
For image margin you got the 4 margins.
