What do you use to produce and deliver your documentation? It is a very nice and easy experience to use and I would like to use it on some of my sites.

Yes, we use DropEditor and Droppics extensions for all our documentations.

Yes that I can see, but do you use a wiki component to display the documentation? If so which do you use?

No, we don't use wiki component in our documentation.
