Hi, I use Fabrik component extensively, and the reason I don't use the joomla cache is because it does not allow dynamic data in the lists to be displayed.

In other words, if a new record is added to the table via a form, then it is not reflected immediately in the fabrik list, because it has been cached. It will only show up much later once the cache timeout period is refreshed.

Does Speedcache overcome this problem?

We have "cache on admin action" option, that means the cache will be deleted on certain actions on Joomla administration, e.g:save, apply, publish, unpublished or trash a content. And of course, the cache will be cleared immediately.
