Is there a way using this: ?option=com_speedcache&task=preload&token=9pkizmph5jd
to request a cached page to regenerate? So if I setup a 3 hours cache, but I want to rebuild the story cache before that manually?

What are the available task= options?

would a request like this work to clean up story 4932?

The link below Token for cache preloading is used to regenerate pages cache you add in Cache URL inclusion, and enable Preload parameter.
It could not be clean up.

This is my token c31abf1607a3a5f34826a1ed7bdcd314, for example; used for security only.
You can click Generate button to get a new token.
