I have a site where I pull in news RSS feeds from .gov sites. The pages load very slowly. SpeedCache help me speed up page loading for a vistor to the site?

Would combining this with a CDN help even more?

What would be the optimum combination of solutions to speed up page loading in this scenario.

Our SpeedCache does not support RSS feeds presently.

Would combining this with a CDN help even more?
