Hi support,

I bought an extension 2 days ago item rating which is no use for me on my website. I would request if I can download speed cache from your website. I don’t want refund. I just want to replace the extension.

Yes, certainly, you can switch to another extension. Please, drop us a billing ticket (Menu Support > Support ticket > Billing - General question),
our admin will help you with that.
