import urls to be cached from plain text file

Dear JoomUnited team,
I would like to have an url import function for speed cache. We are using sh404sef for generating seo friendly urls and your import urls from menu item does not import the correct sef urls. So we have to add them manually to be cached. But this is not possible for about 350 urls. So it would be helpful having an import function. Just keep it quick and dirty e.g. import a plain text file with one url to be cached per line. All other parameters could be set by the frontend.
