How does cache auto regenerate works?

Hello,

I would like to ask about the auto cache regenerate feature.

The spec of the Speed Cache says the following:
"You can also regenerate all caches right after cleaning it, so no one will wait for the cache generation anymore. The cache proloading can be done for all the loggedin users, by user or by URL."

(i) Does it mean that I have to specify which URLs I would want to include in the URL regeneration process? (At this point, I am not concerned the logged-in users).

(ii) "No one will wait for the cache generation" -- does it mean that the cache generation runs automatically every time your plugin cleans the cache?
