Exclude module position from cache?

Hello,
is it possible to exclude module position from caching in Speed Cache? I'm using Joomla 3.x with Virtuemart on one website and Joomla 3.x with Hikashop on second website, both need to have module exclusion so the shopping cart modules won't be cached (user must see own cart contents, not cached contents of someone else's cart).
