Cache / Seblod / Not Module

As I understand, you mention to Speed Cache extensions, I moved to the right category.

1. Do you foresee any issues with a Joomla/Seblod setup?

Sorry, we have not tested with SebIod, if you encounter any issues, we will fix for you.

2. Ideally I would like to cache site and exclude certain modules but I understand that is not possible (I think it is in Drupal).

I have a module which shows the registered user their next appointment - to do this it seems I need to turn cache off for whole site

We support Load module by Ajax, so you can exclude the certain module while your whole site cache is cleared.
