Unable to save data in table after update WP_Table

Hi all,

one big problem: after update to current version it's not possible to save any data in tables.
I get all time "error."-,message.
It's possible to create new tables with upload vom excel-file and save one time. But after modify any data in tables it's not possible to save anymore...
Do you have any idea?

WP runs on PHP7.3.15 and system check says, that everything is fine.
