I'm interested in a database that will allow columns and rows to have set widths and heights. I also need cells to be set with a maximum character limit. If that limit is met, the cell gets truncated and an expand arrow appears so the user can view the cell contents in their entirety. See attachment.

You can set the heights or widths for single cells but the limitation for words in a cell is not possible now.
