I want to use this table plugin to make a feature were skiers can add current snow conditions.

I would use a form plugin so skiers could submit current details and then have your plugin display this db info on the same page as a chart.

Can you see that working?
Is this the right approach?

I'm not sure what a form plugin do you mean here.
Anyway, you can add the table and chart using Editor button with WP Table manager.

I am using a Form on the front end to add info to the DB and then pull it into your Table app to show skiers the current snow conditions.

It seems possible, just confirming before I buy it can be done.

Yes, you can create tables or charts from our plugin. However, you should refresh the page on frontend if it has any changes from DB.
