I want to create a comparison table for my product against compeitors. The first column heading would be the feature, the 2nd my brand, the 3rd and the rest the 15 competitor brands. As such I need the first 2 columns (feature and my brand) and the first row (brand) to be locked when scrolling vertically or horizontally.

Can WP Table Manager do this?

Yes, you can freeze rows and cols; set height for table while freezing rows also.
