I need to update a Google sheet table every day, and I need that wordpress create new users o update the data depending on the information of the sheet. It's possible to do it with wp table manager?

I'm sorry, this feature is not implemented yet. It could be sync automatically data from Google sheets to WP Table manager only (not the vice versa).
