Hi,

Some plugin are loading inline JS scripts to work properly. Activating certain features of WP Speed of Light may cause some troubles.
Have you tried to disable some of group or minify features and see if it does work again?

I have disabled "Group CSS" & "Group JS" and the Metasliders have started working again.
