Has anyone ever used this extension with Thrive landing pages or Thrive Leads? We are moving that way for our landing pages and need compatibility. We also plan to use MaxCDN and wonder what happens when we use the same zone for more than one WordPress site.

Hi,

We haven't tested especially with those plugin though it already works with similar plugins/page builders.
The CDN specific integration is in our roadmap (the possibility to clean CDN cache).
