Clear cache on post/page update?

Hi, I just installed the free version of the plugin, can you tell me if if the Pro version has an option to clear the cache on post and page update? I don't see the option in the free version, maybe I'm missing it. Either to clear the whole cache any time any post or page is updated, or better yet, rules for which cached pages and posts to refresh. Most of my sites make heavy use of custom posts, with the data displayed on multiple pages, so I need a way to clear more than just the post/page being updated.
