Broken speed test when WP in sub driectory

I've installe dthe plugin but cannot run the speed test becuase you are forcing the path to WordPress installation - my WordPress installation is in a sub directory and the webiste is at the root. so my pages are at http://example.com/pages and you force the speed test to http://example.com/wp/pages which doesn't work.

can you tweak the plugin paths.
