Hi,

We don't have any backend demo, just a video but I guess you checked it It works exactly like Joomla category/articles.
You can select Virtuemart product/categories to sync with the social networks you want. Sync will be done when a product is updated or a new product added (as an option).

About the content it depends of the Social network. On Facebook for example the product image, intro text and link will be sync.
