Auto Clear all cache on admin actions: clean cache automatically

Hi,

I am interested in this plugin. but have few query.

I was checking speed cache plugin and found a point here: https://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/extension/core-enhancements/performance/speed-cache/
- Auto Clear all cache on admin and frontend actions: clean cache automatically based on user actions (save, move, trash...)


What I understood with this point is when admin posts new content or update content from backend, all the cache will automatically refresh. Right?

Actually we are looking a plugin which automatically refresh cache when admin do any change from backend.

We have a news site which updated on daily bases.


Is this a suitable plugin for daily update websites?
