Testimonial title text clickabe or not

Hello!
I have a suggestion if it can be implemented.
I wish to have the option that the "Testimonial title" to be clickable or not, to not have to leave the page where the testimonial are displayed.
Just to show them, but nothing to click on.
And also that the "Testimonial message" text can be formatted (Bold, italic, H2,3, etc.).
Can be selected different font colors for "Testimonials title", "Your name", "Location", I mean different to each other, eg: one to be black, one to be yellow and one to be some other color.
It can be done?
