Public Access?

Just a quick question before considering to purchase but can you have public access to MY testimonials?

I just want to ensure as I won't be having anyone register on my website, only guests will be using the website, but I would like guests to be able to leave a review, my second question is.... can you change the name of the software so instead of Testimonials, can you change this to Review?
