I would like to just be able to insert a table into a page without the "mouse slider" buttons left/right and up/down - see no way to do this. Sorry. I have read all of the postings, without having a hit on how to do this.... Please advise. Thanks in advance.

thanks for contacting us.
There's no Left/Right option on WP table manager, where did you see this?
If you mean cell freezing, you need to enable the option in the global configuration.
