Add hierarchical structure to output of categories in the sitemap.

In the sitemap, category taxonomy items are not ordered and indented for sub-categories like they are in the taxonomy itself and in category navigation widgets. Thus the user cannot see the relationship between hierarchical items, which is confusing.

A flat list could be useful sometimes, but I imagine most of the time people will prefer a hierarchical list that mirrors the taxonomy.
