Update every day?

Thanks for your feedback.

We think that when a bug is discovered and fixed it's our duty to provide this fix as soon as possible for all our customers.

Up to you to update or not the plugin when the fix is released.
If you're not affected by the issue which is corrected, good to you.

On all versions about bug fix released, only the last number is incremented
If you're just worried about features then you can wait a minor or major release (second number or first number increased).

The changelog is updated for each released, you can have a look on it see what's new and choose to update or not https://www.joomunited.com/changelog, the changelog in the readme.txt file il also always up to date so you can have a quick look from the Wordpress plugin list.
