Think I found a bug

My media folder has recently started to show the tinymce editbox together with the add document button. This is done twice (top and bottom) in the main window for media folder. I assume this is a bug but I haven't found any solution on the web. The media folder plugin works but the main window and dashbord is somewhat messed up.
