Shared media folder from a multisite subsite

Hi Team,

I'm looking for a shared media from a multisite subsite, the reason is to reduce database table size on the main site, with thousands of media files loaded on the same database table 'wp_posts' my site becomes slow. Multisite is a good idea to offload my image database on seperate table 'wp_2_posts'of the subsite.

In the multisite, all sites will have its Media library, and we are based on WP Media management default.
By the way, the "wp_posts" is different from each site, so it's something not possible to combine it currently.
