Scroll the list of folders with mouse wheel while holding the image

Thanks for adding your feature request here.

I want to suggest to add the ability the scroll the list of folders with a mouse wheel while you drag-drop the image from all media.
This is useful when you have a lot of folders and you want to place a lot of images by folders hidden below the browser window.

If you have many folders, you can select images in a source folder first, and then navigate to the destination folder by scrolling on the left panel.
Anyways, this feature would be great in a few cases but we need to take a deeper look at its technical issues and popularity.

Btw, it would be useful for professional users but it's not easy for general users with multi-actions at a time.
