I don't know where to send this as no category really fits, so I'm posting it here.

I am a customer and I am finding your support ticket system quirky and frustrating.

Sometimes when I am typing into the rich text field for description/reply, weird things happen. I mean, sometimes I paste in a URL and then everything else I already typed disappears. What makes this even worse is that when I undo with CTRL+Z, the undo/redo doesn't work properly either — I usually get back some text, but only up to where I was a little while ago and I can't retrieve everything else I typed since then.

As you can imagine, this is really annoying when I'm already frustrated with the actual problem I'm trying to report and get help with. >:(

To avoid this problem I am now trying to remember to type in a text editor first, so I can then copy-paste into your ticket.

In case it helps, I am using up to date Chrome browser.
