Move media library pictures to Google Drive

Thanks for adding your feature request here.

It is necessary to be able to distribute the pictures in the media library to Google Drive, so that the pictures can be better distributed on the backend！

This feature is possible with Amazon S3 only. However, we've planned to release on Addon version 3.5.
