Importing only one sub-folder

Hi,

I would like to import only one sub-folder ou sub-sub-folder… in the Media library
See the attachement for a graphical description.

This will accelerate the import.

The user should define the folder source and the destination (local server folder to WP Media folder folder), and then he should check all the sub-folders to import.
A further improvement should be to give the possibility to delete the medias in the Library if they do not exist anymore in the source folder.
