Drag and Drop image order when embedding image

I'm not sure to understand what you mean. You mean order images in the gallery view?

No, I mean to change the order that the images are embedded with a regular embed when selecting multiple images. In a process like this:

1. Add images button
2. Select images in media library. They get placed in tiny thumbnails at the bottom.
3. Hit "Edit Selection" at bottom left.

Without the Media Folder plugin, you can now use the default Wordpress function to drag and drop the order of the images. But with Media Folder installed, it overrides that behavior and bunches all the images together so that custom sorting isn't possible.
