Is it possible to have the "Download" feature in the 'Galleries Addon" be visible based on the "user role" instead of being global? similar to the available "Media access by User or User Role" available in the 'Media access".

This feature is not implemented yet, but I'll add it to our feature request list and keep that in mind for a future release.
