It is often desirable to be able to change the post_parent of a group of attachments in bulk – many WordPress functions call the attachments of a post by

get_children()
, so of course in many cases it matters which post they're a child of, not only which media folder.

There is an old WordPress plugin called "Bulk Change Attachment Parent" that did this, but it doesn't work with the new Backbone.js media library.

JoomUnited seem to have a thorough understanding of backbone.js :) so I feel you might be able to implement this feature better than most.

The functionality would be ideally suited to WPMF folder organization, i.e. changing all attachments in a WPMF folder (or folder tree) to a different post.

Can a client "sponsor" (i.e. pay for the development of) a feature?

Hi,

I'm sorry but we don't do custom dev here. but I guess finding a developer to fix this plugin won't be a very complex task ;)

Cheers,
