Automatically create image folders when uploading images by using Advanced Custom Fields image fields (both single image and gallery)

I need to manage images uploaded by using Advanced Custom Fields image fields (both signle image and gallery field type): is your plugin able to manage those fields and automatically create and use a post related folder? I have a post template where user can upload some spare images and one or more different galleries: I need to automatically create the folder (or better the folder structure) where the images are uploaded
