Add "INSERT FROM URL" as Media Library Option

I would like to import images into the media library from an external url. I have tried External Media Upload By Ravi Shakya [failure - noting found, 0K file located on remote server]. Typing link into browser works well. I tried External Media By Minnur Yunusov [ Failure - constant loop]. It would be nice to have the "Insert from URL" feature as part of the Media Library options, not just when adding media to pages or posts

This feature is impossible now. We will note your request for a future release as noone mention to before.
